1. Mechanical properties.

    - Tensile strength : 61-64kgf/mm2.

    - Elongation : 9-12%.

    - Hardness Brinnel : 210-215.

2. Specification.

    - Rod type : From 1.0mm upto 6.0mm diameter and the length will be either

                     900mm or 1,000mm.

                     Applications are heat transformer tube, sheet, automobile parts,

                     vessel screw welding.

    - Wire type : From 0.4mm upto 3.0mm in plastic spool.

                       Applications are adequate for automated production line.

3. Chemical composition : Cu 60.48%

                                   Zn 39%

                                   Sn 0.15 -0.2%

                                   Ni 0.1 - 0.12%

                                   Pb Lower than 0.01%

                                   Fe Lower than 0.01%

                                   Si 0.2 - 0.23%

4. Working conditions.

    - Melting point : 865 degree.

    - Solidification point : 890 degree.

    - Welding temperature : 890-925 degree.

5. Characteristics.

    - It is being welded in the field of steel industry, copper and its related

      alloys.

    - Fluidity can be strengthened by Sn composition.

    - Mechanical properties can be enhanced by Ni, Fe composition.

    - When the welding temperature reaches higher than the instruction manual,

      the surface will be rough and pinhole can happen due to Zn evaporation.
